The Sales Associate is responsible for generating daily orders by acquiring contractors, maintaining consistent field presence, sending quotations, executing follow-ups, and coordinating deliveries. This role drives the revenue engine of the trading business through disciplined outreach, relationship building, and operational accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Site Coverage:
- Visit 10-20 active construction sites every day.
- Meet contractors, supervisors, site engineers, and labor heads.?
- Identify material requirements and capture complete contact details.
- Maintain structured daily logs of site visits and customer interactions.?
- Submit end-of-day report summarizing activities and performance.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Building :
- Add all new contacts into the CRM the same day.?
- Build a network of contractors, builders, land developers and people in the real estate field
- Maintain recurring touch points to convert prospects into weekly buyers.
4. Order Conversion & Execution:
- Convert active inquiries into orders with accurate quantity and timing.?
- Coordinate dispatch with suppliers and track vehicle movement.?
- Collect dispatch proof and delivery proof for every order.
6. Market Intelligence:
- Observe and report competitor pricing and service behaviour.?
- Track material demand patterns across sites.?
- Identify high-opportunity zones for expansion.

- Ability to travel within the city?
- Basic CRM/WhatsApp/Smartphone proficiency
- Construction materials knowledge (will be trained)
Compensation Structure:
- Fixed monthly salary
