a high-calibre In-House Sales Professional
with proven industry experience to lead client acquisition and revenue growth from our Rajkot office.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all inbound sales inquiries (calls, emails, WhatsApp, references).
Generate new business through tele-sales, digital leads, and corporate references.
Prepare, negotiate, and close high-value freight quotations.
Develop strong relationships with exporters, importers, manufacturers, and traders.
Coordinate closely with operations, documentation, and accounts teams.
Maintain and grow an active client portfolio.
Ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Track sales performance through CRM and reporting tools.
Follow up on outstanding payments in coordination with accounts.
Provide market intelligence on pricing trends and competitor activity.
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
3-6+ years of proven experience in freight forwarding / logistics sales only.
Strong understanding of:
Sea freight & air freight
Import-export procedures
Shipping lines & container bookings
Documentation & commercial terms
Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
Proficient in email communication, Excel, and CRM tools.
Ability to work under pressure with high-value clients.
Strong professional ethics and long-term career mindset.
Freshers & non-logistics candidates will not be considered.
