About the Role:
We're looking for a confident
Sales Associate
to handle
inbound
enquiries and convert leads into customers. You'll be the primary point of contact for potential
buyers who've already shown interest
in our carry bags.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer enquiries via phone calls and WhatsApp/chat
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products
Follow up with leads until conversion
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
Maintain customer records and sales reports
Coordinate with production/dispatch for order fulfillment
Build relationships for repeat business
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of
sales experience
(B2B preferred)
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Proficiency in regional language will be a bonus)
Comfortable with telecalling sales and chat-based selling
Good negotiation and closing skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, email)
