We are looking for a performance-driven, customer-centric individual with a strong work ethic to join our team as a Sales Associate Role

Responsibilities

Develop a customer sales pipeline and build new customer relationships Work with existing customers to grow the business and explore new opportunities for product and business development Visit customers to understand their

compound needs (finished goods)

and offer suitable products from our extensive product portfolio Conduct market research and build networks to identify new customer opportunities Manage customer requests, sampling, and new project development processes Represent the company at business fairs, conferences, and trade shows
Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors of Commerce / B.Tech Motivated individual with past Sales Experience in B2B segment 2 years of experience in sales in chemicals, B2B products, fragrances, flavours etc Past sales experience in fragrance, flavours, cosmetics, chemicals industry in preferable Customer centric attitude and positive spirit Organised and able to work in fast paced environment autonomously Well-rounded computer and CRM software knowledge Regular travel pan-India top meet with key customers Knowledge / interest in fragrances, chemicals, flavours Big ideas and persistent curiosity
Location:

Mumbai, India (Mumbai Office)
Structured bonus offered in addition to fixed salary
Position requires regular travel within the assigned city/region and neighboring areas

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month

Willingness to travel:

25% (Preferred)
