Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and performance-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The role requires an individual with strong communication skills, the ability to build client relationships, and a proven record of meeting sales targets. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client interactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

Prospect, identify, and generate new business opportunities within the assigned region. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site/property visits (where applicable). Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and support. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned. Track sales pipeline, client data, and market intelligence accurately. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes and customer onboarding. Stay updated with market dynamics, competitor strategies, and industry trends.

Key Skills Required

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Negotiation and persuasion skills with a target-driven approach. Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Basic knowledge of MS Office; experience with CRM tools will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree (Graduation in any discipline is mandatory). Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience. Real estate sales experience will be given higher weightage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
