Job description

We are looking out for young, energetic & dynamic individuals at our Head office, at Viman nagar, Pune who aspire to make a career in the Sales domain & prospour their career with high pay in the sales department.

Role and Responsibilities :

Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and requirements. Generate leads and follow up to convert them into successful business opportunities. Maintain thorough product knowledge to confidently present and promote our services. Support the execution of sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets. Prepare and present sales reports and gather customer feedback. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Professionally handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and email communications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline; Master's degree with Marketing specialization preferred. 2 - 3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (Logistics Preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.). Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Familiarity with CRM tools will be an added advantage.

Communication:-

Good English, Hindi and Marathi verbal and written skills with passion to work in Sales.

?30,000 - ₹35,000.00 per month
