to support our business development and client relations activities.

Position: Sales Associate (Remote - India)

The Sales Associate will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the sales team in Canada. This is a

remote position

requiring close collaboration across international time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Research, identify, and generate leads for potential clients (healthcare facilities, agencies, organizations). Assist in maintaining and updating the sales pipeline through CRM systems. Support the sales team with proposals, presentations, and follow-ups. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners via email, phone, and virtual meetings. Work closely with the Canadian operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients. Meet monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation and client engagement. Provide regular reports on market insights, competitor activities, and business opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client support (international sales experience is an asset). Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal). Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Flexible to work during

Canadian business hours

(EST/AST/PST).
