Bhulaxmi Jewellers, a renowned name in traditional Maharashtrian jewelry, is looking to hire a dynamic and customer-focused PR Specialist to join our team.

Role & Responsibilities:

Greet customers as they enter the store and provide a warm, welcoming experience. Actively walk around the store, engage with customers, and inform them about our ongoing offers and promotions. If customers are not making a purchase, engage in a conversation to understand their reasons and offer solutions or alternatives. Ensure that all customers receive the best service possible, enhancing their shopping experience.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a proactive attitude. Ability to engage and build relationships with customers. Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
