As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth and establishing strong relationships with potential clients. Your primary goal will be to identify new business opportunities, maintain relationships with existing clients, and support our sales team in achieving their targets. You will also be instrumental in expanding the company's market presence and ensuring a strong pipeline of business leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue and growth.
Establish and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and continued business partnerships.
Conduct market research to identify new trends and competitive positioning.
Present and pitch company services and products to potential clients.
Develop and execute business strategies to reach new customers and retain existing ones.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align business development efforts.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and the company's offerings.
Monitor and report on business development activities and provide insights for improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role.
Strong understanding of business development processes, sales strategies, and customer relationship management (CRM).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
