Responsibilities:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling.
Present, promote, and sell properties to prospective buyers.
Provide guidance and assist clients in making informed decisions regarding property investments.
Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
Maintain a database of potential leads and follow up with clients to close deals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
Salary:
Competitive salary ranging from 20,000 to 25,000 INR (Plus Incentives) based on qualifications and experience.
