Key Responsibilities



1. Lead Generation & Prospecting



Conduct on-field marketing to promote the company's interior design services. Identify and approach potential clients at construction sites, residential projects, and commercial spaces. Build and maintain a database of prospective clients, architects, builders, and contractors.

2. Cold Calling & Follow-Ups



Make cold calls from the existing database to introduce company services. Engage prospects through calls, messages, and follow-ups to convert inquiries into leads. Maintain a continuous follow-up cycle to nurture warm and potential prospects.

3. Appointment Scheduling



Schedule meetings/appointments for owners with clients, architects, and builders. Coordinate availability between both parties and ensure smooth appointment flow. Maintain and update the appointment calendar regularly.

4. Field Visits & Networking



Visit project sites, architecture firms, and builder offices for relationship building. Distribute brochures, collect contact information, and gather market insights. Represent the company professionally during on-ground marketing activities.

5. Reporting & Documentation



Maintain a detailed record of leads, calls made, appointments fixed, and daily activity reports. Update CRM or Excel trackers as per company protocols. Share daily/weekly reports with the owners.

6. Market Research



Monitor ongoing construction projects and upcoming developments. Gather competitor information and feedback from the field. Identify new areas and segments for prospecting.

Required Skills



Strong communication skills (verbal & written). Confident personality with good persuasion skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word). Ability to work independently and on field regularly. Time management and organizational skills.

Additional Requirements



Must be comfortable with on-field work and travel within the city. Must have a two-wheeler. Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.
