Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and curious
Sales Associate - Lead Generation
who can identify, qualify, and nurture leads for our sales pipeline. You will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to target high-potential prospects in digital commerce sectors across the Middle East, U.S., Europe, and emerging markets. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys research, has a hunter mindset, and is excited about the payments and fintech landscape.
What You will Do:
Research and build lists of target accounts and decision-makers using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, etc.
Run outbound prospecting campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate qualified leads
Pre-qualify prospects before handing them off to the sales manager
Maintain and update CRM systems
Track campaign effectiveness and iterate based on data and feedback
Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and campaigns
Support the sales team during initial outreach or meetings, as needed.
What We are Looking For-
1-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or digital commerce sales/lead generation roles
Strong written communication skills (emails, outreach, etc.)
Hands-on experience with lead gen tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and optimize campaigns
Hustler attitude - proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable with ambiguity
Bonus: Exposure to payments, or international markets
