Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate at Backwater Ripples, Kumarakom Kerala. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, promoting hotel services, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and managing sales proposals, working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction, and staying updated on market trends to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Knowledge of sales processes, customer relationship management, and client acquisition techniques Ability to conduct market research and analyse customer needs and competitor offerings Organisational skills and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field Prior experience in hospitality or sales, especially within the luxury hotel segment, is an advantage Flexibility, adaptability, and a customer-oriented mindset

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
