ABB Channel Partner Sales Associate Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as an ABB Channel Partner Sales Associate. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving sales of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems in the Kolkata and Guwahati regions. Responsibilities: Collaborate with ABB channel partners to promote and sell UPS systems to prospective clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to maximize sales opportunities and achieve revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory to expand the customer base. Provide technical support and product training to channel partners to ensure comprehensive understanding and effective promotion of UPS systems. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and other documentation to track progress and evaluate performance. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Electrical Diploma or B.Tech preferred). 0-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electrical or power industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information and build rapport with clients and partners. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
