We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail team. The role involves supporting customers, maintaining the store, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers with product selection
Maintain product displays and ensure the store is neat and organized
Provide product knowledge and style suggestions
Handle billing, exchanges, and customer queries
Monitor stock levels and report requirements
Support store operations as needed
Requirements
Freshers or experienced candidates preffered
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic knowledge of billing and POS is an advantage
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in shifts
