The Sales Associate is responsible for handling enquiries from UAE-based students and parents, providing detailed guidance on courses and admissions, and converting leads into confirmed enrollments. This role involves active calling, follow-ups, CRM updates, and coordination with the UAE sales team to drive admissions and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
inbound and outbound calls
with UAE-based students and parents.
Explain
course details, eligibility, fees, and admission process
clearly and professionally.
Convert enquiries into
confirmed admissions
through effective counselling and follow-ups.
Maintain regular
follow-ups with prospective students
to maximize conversion.
Update and manage
CRM records
with accurate lead status, remarks, and communication logs.
Monitor
assigned leads
and ensure timely contact and closure.
Sort, assign, and transfer
leads through CRM and internal systems
.
Perform
cold, warm, and freeze lead verification and validation
.
Track and report
daily calls, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions
.
Coordinate with the
UAE sales team and Team Leader
to ensure smooth lead handling and admissions processing.
