Assist in lead generation through calls, site visits, references, and walk-in enquiries
Follow up with potential clients and maintain enquiry records
Schedule client meetings, presentations, and site visits
Understand client requirements and coordinate with design and estimation teams
Assist in preparing quotations, BOQs, and proposals
Support negotiations and closing activities
Maintain CRM data, sales trackers, and daily follow-ups
Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction
Coordinate with project teams for smooth handover after project confirmation
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Business, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
Prior sales or customer-facing experience preferred
Basic knowledge of civil construction or interior fit-out works is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn sales techniques and construction processes
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an added advantage
