Key Responsibilities:



Promote and sell broadband internet and cable TV packages to new and existing customers. Visit assigned areas/markets to identify potential customers and generate leads. Explain service plans, pricing, installation process, and offers clearly to customers. Maintain strong product knowledge on broadband speed options, channel packages, add-ons, and ongoing promotions. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance. Follow up with customers for documentation and installation coordination. Maintain records of customer interactions, leads, and conversions. Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic queries related to plans or installation. Participate in marketing/awareness activities such as door-to-door promotions, local events, and campaigns. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a professional brand image.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum 12th pass; diploma or degree preferred. 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications or field sales (freshers may apply). Good communication and convincing skills. Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable plans. Basic knowledge of broadband and cable TV services is an added advantage. Willingness to work in the field and meet daily sales targets. Must be hardworking, customer-friendly, and result-oriented.

Pay: ?15,250.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
