Attend walk-in and outbound customer inquiries.
Explain product features, pricing, and solutions to customers.
Generate leads, follow up, and achieve sales targets.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic documentation.
Maintain customer relationships and handle after-sales support.
Skills Required
Good communication skills (English & Malayalam; Hindi optional)
Basic technical knowledge (IT hardware, POS, printers, networks, etc.)
Customer interaction and sales skills
Ability to diagnose and resolve minor technical issues
Willingness to travel for customer visits
Time management and multitasking ability
Preferred Qualifications
Degree / Diploma
ITI in Electronics or Hardware (added advantage)
Experience in IT hardware, retail tech, or service support preferred
