Roles & Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers at the Lenskart store. Understand customer needs and provide suitable eyewear/optical product recommendations. Explain product features, offers, and after-sales services. Assist customers in eye testing coordination (with optometrists in-store). Maintain and update product displays to ensure visual appeal. Handle billing, cash/UPI transactions, and ensure accuracy in sales entries. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance. Provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the store. Support team members and participate in promotional activities. Good Customer Services Handling Customers Closing Sale Inventory Management Store Operations Ensuring SOPs & KPIs of the store
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
