1. Sales Executives
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct field visits, product demos, and close deals
Report daily sales updates to the team lead
Requirements:
Minimum 0-5 year of experience in sales (freshers with good communication skills can apply)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Own two-wheeler preferred
Willingness to work on field
2. Junior Assist
Responsibilities:
1. Client Servicing and Engagement: a. Serve as the primary point of contact for institution clients, handling queries, and providing assistance to meet and exceed client expectations. b. Understand client requirements and ensure the successful delivery of product and service commitments as outlined in the Master Service Agreement (MSA). c. Collect client feedback and convey insights to the development team to support continuous product improvement.

Product Training and Onboarding
: a. Conduct product training sessions for both clients and internal teams to enhance familiarity with the product features. b. Support onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and providing ongoing product education.

Documentation and Reporting
: a. Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, troubleshooting steps, and solutions provided. b. Prepare and update documentation, including product guides, FAQs, and client-specific reports.

. Product Knowledge and Troubleshooting:
a. Develop a strong understanding of our products to resolve issues effectively and assist users. b. Troubleshoot and resolve common user issues, escalating more complex cases as necessary.

Client Requirement Analysis and Service Delivery
: a. Analyze client needs, align them with product functionalities, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions. b. Ensure compliance with company processes and delivery of services within SLA timelines.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
: a. Work closely with support, technical team and the vendors to meet client expectations and improve product performance. b. Facilitate expectation meetings to define key aspects such as documentation, escalation
