working out of Kochi Location, handling the sales cycle from
lead generation to closure
. It requires strong communication, tech understanding, and at least
2 years of experience
in sales or customer-facing roles.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand cloud service needs
Present and recommend F9Infotech's cloud solutions
Participate in virtual meetings and follow-ups
Collaborate with marketing and business development
Support lead nurturing and proposal creation
Maintain CRM records and pipeline data
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Provide feedback to improve sales strategies
Qualifications
Bachelor's in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field
2+ years in inside sales or customer engagement
Experience with UAE/Indian clients preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong English communication skills
Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot)
