Job Summary



We are looking for an energetic and persuasive

Sales Associate

who can confidently engage with high-end clients, showcase our luxury services, and convert inquiries into successful sales. The candidate must have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities



Actively promote and sell Oliviya Developers' services to potential clients Handle client inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and social media leads Schedule and conduct site visits, explain project features, and pricing Follow up with leads, maintain CRM entries, and update sales reports regularly Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing customers Assist clients in decision-making by offering tailored solutions and value Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and pricing Represent Oliviya Developers in property exhibitions, customer meetings, and promotional events

Desired Candidate Profile



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) 1-3 years of experience in

real estate sales or high ticket sales in luxury segment

(mandatory) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in

English & Malayalam

Smart, well-groomed, and confident in handling premium clients Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools Willingness to travel locally for meetings and site visits Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong follow-up skills
