We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to support the sales and marketing of polyurethane (PU) products..
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell PU products to industrial clients, distributors, and OEMs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations. Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery conditions.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions via CRM.
Attend trade shows, industry events, and training sessions to remain updated on trends. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Fresher or 1 year of experience in industrial or B2B sales; PU industry experience preferred.
Strong Technical, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand technical product specifications and applications.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google applications(Mail, Sheets, Forms etc.), Social Media Platforms etc.
Willingness to travel as required.
