Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Manage and update customer databases (CRM) regularly.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing.
Assist clients with booking formalities, documentation, and payment processes.
Participate in property exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar field is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle client objections professionally.
Good presentation and convincing skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM).
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
