About the Role
As a
Sales Associate (Growth)
, you're the execution muscle of the revenue engine.
Your mission:
drive occupancy by moving leads, fast and clean, across the entire funnel.
You'll handle the first touchpoint with potential tenants, understand what they need, match them with the right home, run visits, close deals, and ensure every interaction feels effortless. You'll also operate as the eyes and ears of the demand team -- feeding ground intelligence, gaps, and market insights back into the system.

What you'll broadly do:
The Operational Stuff (70% of your time)
Pipeline Management
Own your part of the funnel end-to-end -- from first contact to closure. Ensure every lead moves smoothly, gets quick responses, and never falls through the cracks. Track your funnel daily. Identify bottlenecks, drop-offs, delays, and mismatches early. Bring clarity on what's working -- and what isn't -- so the team can move faster.
Tenant Grooming, Visits & Closures
Run conversations, schedule and conduct home visits, handle objections, negotiate with clarity, and close deals with speed and professionalism.
Market Relationships
Build and nurture relationships with brokers, agents, and other real estate stakeholders to keep a steady inflow of opportunities.Spend time in the field -- talking to tenants, visiting homes, and feeding insights back to the core team to make our systems sharper every week.
Feedback & Fieldwork
The Strategic Stuff (30% of your time)
Lead Qualification & Demand Intelligence
Understand who's coming into the funnel, what they're looking for, and what's driving their decisions. Spot patterns, refine personas, and share insights that sharpen our acquisition, pricing, and supply decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with supply, marketing, and visual team to ensure homes are positioned well, priced right, and aligned with what the market is asking for. Make sure customer feedback and ground inputs reach the right teams quickly.
Growth Experiments & Feedback Loops
Suggest improvements, test new approaches, and constantly refine the tenant journey. From messaging tweaks to visit flow improvements -- you'll help build better systems week over week.We're looking for someone who:
Has 1-2 years of experience in sales, demand or revenue roles, in high-velocity teams.
Has experience in client-facing sales roles involving walk-ins, site/property visits, product tours, and lead conversions.
Is a
natural conversationalist
- understands people and can read what makes them say yes.
Has some
experience in sales or business development
; formal or self-taught, we care more about energy and hustle than titles.
Understands that
urgency drives sales
- and knows how to create it without being pushy.
