Research and identify potential business clients through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
Client Acquisition:
Present products/services, explain value propositions, and convert prospects into clients.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to increase retention and sales.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM or sales tools.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly B2B sales targets.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any field; BBA/MBA is preferable.
0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client handling (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
Ability to research, identify, and approach new business leads independently.
Knowledge of CRM tools or MS Office is a plus.
Professional attitude with ability to work independently and in a team.
