Responsibilities:
Explain the product to new agents and deliver clear, crisp demos.
Stay on top of every lead, follow-up, and opportunity.
Identify growth opportunities and streamline the sales workflow.
Step on the field when required to drive conversions.
Address agent queries with clarity, speed, and ownership.
Eligibility:
Graduate in any stream (Business/Commerce preferred).
0-3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-calling, or lead management (edtech exposure is a plus).
Laptop is mandatory.
Strong communication skills and high ownership mindset.
Comfortable with on-ground visits when required.
Passion for sales and building a career in BizOps.
Quick learner with a deep curiosity about business.
Compensation & Benefits:
