Oversee and manage daily front desk operations, ensuring professional and efficient client service at all times.
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors with a high level of courtesy and confidentiality.
Supervise and train reception or front office staff, ensuring adherence to firm protocols and service standards.
Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room allocations for partners, associates, and clients.
Coordinate with legal teams to support client meetings, document signing, and case-related logistics.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries appropriately while maintaining confidentiality.
Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are well-maintained, organized, and presentable at all times.
Manage courier services, deliveries, and document dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timely handling.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with security and confidentiality policies.
Assist in organizing internal meetings, firm events, and conferences.
Support HR and administrative functions, including onboarding coordination and office supplies management.
