Role Summary:


We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Sales Manager

to lead both

B2B (corporate, institutional, and channel)

and

B2C (individual learners and professionals)

verticals. The role involves driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, converting leads, developing partnerships, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:



Drive

B2B sales

with corporates, colleges, and partners for bulk training and certification requirements. Collaborate with

HR, L&D, and technical managers

to pitch tailored learning solutions and manage proposals and RFPs. Build and convert

B2C pipelines

, guiding learners on Red Hat, Kubernetes, and Cloud certifications.

Upsell, cross-sell

, and ensure exceptional learner experience throughout the sales cycle. Lead and mentor the

sales team

, define monthly/quarterly targets, and monitor KPIs via CRM tools. Work closely with

marketing

to execute campaigns and webinars for lead generation. Prepare and present

sales forecasts, performance reports, and dashboards

to management.

Requirements:



0-4 years

of sales experience in

EdTech, IT Training, SaaS, or Certification

domains. Proven success in

B2B and B2C deal closures

with strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of

Red Hat, Kubernetes, DevOps, or Cloud

certifications preferred. Proficiency in

CRM platforms

(Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
