Key Responsibilities:
Customer Outreach:
Contact potential clients through phone calls to promote travel packages and services.
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify leads to convert them into bookings.
Client Engagement:
Provide detailed information about travel itineraries, packages, and promotions.
Booking Assistance:
Assist clients in the booking process and handle inquiries related to travel arrangements.
Follow-Up:
Maintain follow-up with prospective clients and nurture leads through effective communication.
Record Keeping:
Update and maintain client databases and booking records accurately.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service, preferably in the travel industry.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for travel and a good understanding of various travel destinations.

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle objections and resolve customer issues effectively.
