Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic
Sales Associate
to join our growing real estate team. The role focuses on lead management, client engagement, and coordination between marketing and sales teams. You will play a crucial role in nurturing leads and setting the stage for successful property sales by ensuring a high-quality customer experience from the initial point of contact.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead generation through cold calling, what's app
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team
Maintain detailed records of interactions and status updates.
Follow up with prospects through calls, Whats app, emails, or SMS to ensure engagement
Coordinate with sales executives to ensure smooth client meetings and site visits
Provide accurate project information, pricing, and brochures to potential buyers
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any initial doubts or objections
Act as a liaison between the clients and the on-field sales team to ensure smooth scheduling and execution of site visits.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, site visit schedules, and other relevant information in our CRM system
Required to do site visits and show the properties to the client.
Key Requirements:
Any Graduate
Excellent telephone etiquette and persuasive communication style
Prior experience in real estate or tele sales is an advantage
Proficient in MS office.
Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets
Customer-first attitude with good interpersonal skills
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
