Position Summary



We are seeking a results-oriented

Sales account manager

to accelerate our enterprise sales initiatives. This role encompasses the full sales lifecycle from lead qualification to contract closure, focusing on complex B2B SaaS solutions across multiple industry verticals. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth through consultative selling, relationship building, and strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities



Sales Execution



Qualify and nurture inbound leads through structured discovery processes Conduct compelling technical product demonstrations showcasing solution value propositions Develop customized proposals aligned with client's business objectives and requirements Manage complex sales pipelines with systematic follow-up and closure strategies Negotiate contract terms, pricing structures, and service level agreements

Client Relationship Management



Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite decision makers Serve as primary point of contact throughout the entire customer journey Gather client feedback to inform product roadmap and positioning strategies

Strategic Growth



Target enterprise opportunities across Corporates L&D, edtech industrial sectors Manage end-to-end deal cycles for transactions valued decided Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through strategic account planning Engage with global prospects across US, UK, Europe, Middle East, and India markets

Team Collaboration



Partner with marketing, product, and technical teams to optimize go-to-market strategies Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasting Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives Support channel partner development and enablement activities

Required Qualifications



Experience Requirements



For Executive Level:



3-5 years of proven B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales experience Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas and targets Addon experience in edtech sectors Focus Areas: Field Sales and Lead Generation

Technical Acumen:

Ability to understand and articulate complex SaaS/enterprise solutions

Sales Expertise:

Proven experience managing large deal closures

Communication Skills:

Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management abilities
