Position Overview
As a Sales Associate at GuideYu, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting client meetings, organizing site visits, and ensuring monthly sales closures. The role requires mobility, so the candidate must know how to ride/drive and possess a valid driving license.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Conduct client meetings and understand customer requirements.
Organize and conduct property/site visits with potential clients.
Present property features, pricing, and benefits clearly and effectively.
Ensure monthly sales closures by converting qualified leads into successful deals.
Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring smooth transactions.
Maintain strong customer relationships for referrals and repeat business.
Track competitor activity and market trends to provide insights.
Update CRM/sales reports regularly with accurate data.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial).
Proven ability to generate leads and achieve monthly closures.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
Must know how to ride a two-wheeler/drive a vehicle with a valid driving license.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Education
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
