dedicated vertical for premium real estate gifting solutions
. This new vertical is focused on designing
thoughtful, high-quality handover gifts
for real estate developers -- gifts that elevate the handover moment and reinforce long-term brand recall.
We are looking for a
Business Development Executive
who can help us take these unique solutions to real estate builders, developers, and property brands.

Role Overview
Your main responsibility will be to meet or connect with real estate developers and present our curated gifting offerings for their handover ceremonies. These gifts are not just functional -- they're a strategic tool to delight customers and enhance the builder's brand image.
This role is
flexible
. You may take it up part-time, freelance, or full-time depending on your availability. Compensation is based on commissions from successful closures.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach real estate clients (builders, developers, marketing heads).
Pitch our premium gifting options for property handovers with confidence and clarity.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Collaborate with our internal design team to ensure smooth client servicing.
Regularly update lead pipelines and follow up on proposals.
Drive closures and ensure end-to-end coordination of orders.
Who You Are
Fluent in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, persuasive, and well-presented.
Comfortable with flexible work hours and independent client meetings.
Background in sales, real estate, marketing, or hospitality is a bonus -- but not mandatory.
Genuinely interested in premium design, branding, or gifting.
