We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive the sales of Solar products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and ensuring that sales targets are met. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales management and a deep understanding of customer needs in the Solar Industry market.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Lead and motivate the sales team to advance their skills and achieve their targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Manage key customer accounts and negotiate contracts to maximize profit.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align strategies and optimize sales potential.
Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.
Analyze data and market insights to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the fire safety or related industry.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Excellent customer relationship management skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel as needed.
