RESPONSIBILITY:
Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales strategies to target potential clients for our software solutions, including Web Development, App Development, Payroll Software, School & College Management Software, Billing Software, Digital Marketing ,and HR Management.
Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to prospective clients through research. networking, and targeted outreach efforts.
Client Relationship Management: Create and execute marketing campaigns across various Platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, content creation) to generate leads and drive sales Establish and nurture relationships with clients, Offering tailored solutions and exceptional service to meet their needs.
Marketing Campaigns: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine and adjust sales and marketing strategies.
Market Research: Sales Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and other key metrics to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team to ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts and support overall business objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Any Bachelor's Degree
Poven experience in sales and marketing, specifically in software products or technology services.
Strong understanding of software sales processes, marketing strategies, and industry trends .
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in using CRM tools, marketing software, and sales tracking systems.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Analytical mind set with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in selling products such as Web Development, App Development, Payroll Software, School & College Management Software, Billing Software, Digital Marketing, or HR Management solutions is highly desirable.

Salary Structure :During Internship : CTC of 3Lpa + 1.2Lpa incentive. Monthly : 16k stipend + 9k variable incentive + 5K incentiveIncentive will come after reaching target.
