We're seeking enthusiastic Sales professionals, particularly freshers, to join our team in driving business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Freshers preferred
Education: Preferably from Agriculture background (Other candidates with relevant skills are welcome)
Must have strong communication skills and passion for sales
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify new business leads through market research and outbound prospecting
Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to potential clients
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent lead generation activities
Build partnerships with agricultural organizations and stakeholders
Track and report lead generation metrics and conversion rates
Drive strategic initiatives and meet performance targets
Required Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Basic understanding of sales processes
Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools
Self-motivated with a growth mindset
We Offer:
Monthly stipend: ?10,000 - ₹15,000
Additional performance-based incentives
On-site work location in Bangalore
Opportunity for full-time conversion after 6 months based on performance
