We are looking for motivated and ambitious individuals to join our
Sales and Marketing Team
. You'll be responsible for driving student enrollments, building strong relationships, and helping expand the reach for
Spark Studio
.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to prospective learners and explain program offerings.
Manage inbound and outbound calls/messages to drive enrollments.
Maintain and update the CRM with leads and conversion data.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding.
What We Offer:
Salary/Stipend:
?15,000 fixed per month.
Performance Commission:
Up to 10% based on performance..

Qualifications:
Graduate (MBA/BBA or related background preferred).
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Previous business development/sales experience preferred.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in shifts.

Morning & Evening Shifts (flexible within program needs)
