Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom
Provide product information and demonstrations of fitness equipment
Maintain showroom cleanliness and organization
Assist in creating sales quotations and follow-ups
Capture customer data and update CRM records
Coordinate with marketing and sales team for lead generation activities
Support in social media promotions and in-store events
Requirements:
Graduate/Undergraduate in Business, Marketing, Sports Science, or related fields
Strong interest in fitness and health industry
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
Willingness to learn and grow in a retail sales environment
