Job Description
The Sales Associate position works diligently with our customers to ensure the success of their shopping experience. This includes assisting with the selection of the most appropriate product for the customer\'s personal needs and demonstrating the use of that product in an informative and easy-to-understand manner. The successful candidate will use their broad knowledge of our products to both help customers and enhance their understanding of how finances work. Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with the selection of products.
- Perform routine sales associate duties (i.e., cash handling, inventory control, and cleaning the store).
- Utilize sales techniques to encourage customers to purchase.
- Complete tasks in a timely manner, ensuring that the sales floor is organized and clean.
- Answer customer questions.
- Complete related coursework at an accredited institution.
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
