Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for driving sales conversions, analyzing customer data, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the sales journey.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Client Management
Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer customized gut health solutions.
Manage end-to-end sales cycles--from lead qualification to closing.
Build and nurture strong client relationships through timely follow-ups and excellent service delivery.
2. Data Management & Analytics
Maintain and organize sales data to track performance and client interactions.
Analyze customer insights to optimize sales strategies and enhance engagement.
Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate records and generate sales reports.
3. Communication & Collaboration
Communicate Sova Health's value proposition confidently across calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive customer journeys.
4. Target Achievement & Incentives
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Earn attractive performance-based incentives tied to results.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in inside sales, client servicing, or a related customer-facing role.
Skills:
Strong communication skills--both verbal and written.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools.
Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
Highly self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
