We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Executive to handle residential and commercial property inquiries, client meetings, and sales closures.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up on leads from calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
Plan and conduct property site visits.
Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to clients.
Understand client budget and preferences to suggest suitable properties.
Negotiate deals and coordinate documentation until final closure.
Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and visits.
Skills Required

Good knowledge of the real estate market
Problem-solving and client-handling abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
