Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Assosiate to handle event inquiries and sales. This role requires a keen understanding of the wedding industry, client relationship management, and event solutions. You will play a key role in generating sales , managing event bookings, and ensuring after sales excellent client service. Your ability to develop relationships with clients and close deals will be crucial in driving revenue .

Key Responsibilities:

Handle Event Queries: Respond promptly to inbound event inquiries, understanding client needs, budgets, and event objectives to provide tailored solutions. Adhoc Sales: Promote and sell extra add on (albums, 360 coverage, social media package) for weddings . Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on deliverables Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels (networking, online platforms, referrals, etc.). Initiate and conduct outreach to prospective clients to generate business. Booking Negotiations: Handle negotiations with clients , managing contracts, pricing, and other booking terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by actively pursuing and closing bookings. Client Managment : Manage after event client deliveries of photos and videos. Maintain excel and crm software

Ability to commute/relocate:

Greenfield Colony Faridabad, Haryana commute or willing to relocate if needed

Salary

. Rs 25,000 - Rs 40,000 depending on the experience

Incentives

. Can earn between 20k - 60k per month
