Job Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team. The role involves assisting customers, driving sales, and maintaining strong client relationships to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products/services. Generate leads and follow up to convert into successful sales. Maintain customer records and manage CRM updates. Support sales executives in achieving team targets. Assist in promotional activities and sales campaigns. Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service (freshers with good communication skills may also apply). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is a plus.
