We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. : As a Real Estate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day sales operations of our real estate agency. You will play a crucial role in developing, training, and supporting our team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. Your leadership and strategic guidance will be essential in growing our market presence and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, and train real estate agents. Set performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities and threats. Create and execute sales plans and campaigns. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure high-quality customer service standards are met. Performance Evaluation: Track and evaluate the performance of sales agents.Provide feedback and create performance improvement plans as needed.Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions. Operational Management: Oversee administrative tasks related to real estate transactions and contracts.Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and company policies. Manage marketing efforts to attract potential clients. Financial Management: Set and monitor sales targets, budgets, and financial goals. Analyze financial data and make data-driven decisions. Report on the team\'s performance and financial results to senior management. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Proven experience in real estate sales with a minimum of 5-6 years in a leadership or managerial role. \xc2\xb7 Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. \xc2\xb7 Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. \xc2\xb7 A bachelor\'s degree in business, real estate, or a related field
