Job Opening: Sales Associate Sukoon Health is building out India\'s first healthcare company that services acute Mental Health issues (Inpatient as well as Out-Patient). Sukoon Health will first focus on setting up a 1000+ beds chain for adult inpatient care across India. Over time, the company is expanding into other segments of de-addiction, child development disabilities, dementia care, etc. Sukoon is well-capitalized and seeking to grow rapidly. Sukoon is Co-Founded by Vidit Bahri and Kanishk Gupta who have successfully operationalized three state-of-the-art facilities in New Delhi. Sukoon is run by Saleem Asaria as Executive Chairman. Saleem has previously built and listed UK\xe2\x80\x99s largest in-patient mental health care provider chain, Cambian, and prior to that had built and scaled UK\xe2\x80\x99s largest senior living business. Saleem brings a depth of expertise and an operational track record to this business. Sukoon is backed by the investment group Lightrock as the first investment in its upcoming mental holding company to create a global best-in-class mental health platform across the spectrum of care. Lightrock is a leading global impact investing platform specializing in growth-stage investments. About the role We are seeking a Sales Associate reporting directly to the Sales Head. Sales Associate will work with the Sales Team on everything under the sun related to sales activities. Responsibilities

• Perform market analysis and research on the competition
• Assist in sales activities (e.g. Doctor out-reach, Outreach OPD, direct mail, and web)
• Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies
• Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems

• Monitor all sales channels and social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback
• Prepare SOP for the patient from India and Abroad
• Help with the planning and hosting of sales events
• Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content
• Contribute to the creation of email campaigns, and relevant social media content
• Collect quantitative and qualitative data from sales campaigns
• Coordinating collaboration with Embassies and various corporate collaborations
• Prepare Sales presentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospital Management or a related field
• Post-Graduation in Hospital and Healthcare management
• Ability to multitask and take initiative
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• High level of professional maturity and integrity and a solid work ethic
