Real Estate Associate

to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service and results to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties Provide guidance through the property transaction process, including property tours, market analysis, and contract negotiations Generate leads and build a pipeline through networking, referrals, and online platforms Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and local neighborhoods Coordinate property showings, inspections, and closings Work closely with other agents, brokers, and support staff to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

Proven experience as a real estate agent or a strong interest in starting a real estate career Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused Ability to work independently and as part of a team
