Role Overview
The ideal candidate will be passionate about XR technology and possess strong communication and sales skills. As a Trainee Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our cutting-edge XR solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Actively prospect and generate new leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our XR products and services to potential clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the XR market.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts, tracking key metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications
a. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
b. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the technology or software industry.
c. Strong understanding of XR technology and its applications is a plus.
d. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
e. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
f. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
