Job Overview:

Limestays is looking for a confident and customer focused Sales Associate to join our office team. This role involves managing guest communication, coordinating bookings related queries, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for guests from start to finish. The ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with people and have a basic sales mindset within a hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle guest communication via calls, messages, and internal communication groups Respond to booking related inquiries and assist guests with necessary information Follow up with guests to confirm bookings and ensure satisfaction Coordinate with internal teams and service partners for smooth operations Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and bookings Support daily sales coordination and reporting tasks Resolve guest queries in a timely and professional manner

Working Hours:

10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Eligibility and Requirements:

Prior experience in sales or hospitality is preferred Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply Good interpersonal and coordination abilities Comfortable with phone based communication and follow ups
